related concept
Ordering positional relationship between topics and concepts, between aspects of informational consideration, between elements of taxonomic analysis related by quality or utility, can be considered desirable in an approach to real knowledge. Various rationalities underly the construction of hyperlinks in present day hypertext. Consider, for instance, tangential free association. Much is said of anarchic freedom of association, and some hyperlinking is anarchic. Tangential free association is conceptual, not totally anarchic. The relationship between vertical stay and horizontal comparison are not forgotten in free associative pairings and pathways. A correlation of topic proximity that will further - as a way of discerning truth - can be sought and approached in the logic of careful hypertext. Many possibilities of information transfer are presented in the hypertext environment.

Indeed, information transfer is considered by some to be an emerging paradigm. Consciously designed hypertext can be one innovative aspect of an entire culture traveling a path in which information has itself become an environment at once both self-descriptive and reflective of it surroundings.

The logic of dialectics, thesis, antithesis, and synthesis, can be applied. Process, logic, and truth can be sought within the aspiration of the architect.
